FRANKLIN COUNTY RECYCLING
The Franklin County recycling center is located on the south edge of the City of Ottawa. Residents are encouraged to drop off their recyclables during business hours, however drop off is available after hours as well. The county provides free recycling pickup service to senior citizens and for more than 160 businesses.

Items accepted include: aluminum, tin cans, glass, magazines, catalogs, paper, newspaper, cardboard, electronic waste (excluding CRT’s) and #1 and #2 plastics.
